John M. Haddow

Mr. Haddow has been a veteran of the Washington political scene for over three decades, serving as a legislative director in the U.S. Senate and handling a wide variety of issues ranging from human resources to foreign policy and tax questions. As a key congressional staffer, Haddow was actively involved in formulating key legislation at both the personal office and committee staff levels. Haddow served for ten years as the Director of Congressional Affairs for Morton Thiokol, Inc., a multinational corporation with divisions involved in chemical, salt, home products, and aerospace. Haddow later returned to Capitol Hill to serve as the Director of Health Policy on the Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee. There he oversaw the efforts of the Committee in various initiatives on healthcare and pharmaceutical issues. He has been in private practice serving the needs of clients for the past 18 years.

C. M. “Mac” Haddow

C. M. “Mac” Haddow has more than 34 years of experience in the public policy arena, initially serving as the campaign manager in 1976 for Senator Orrin G. Hatch (R-UT); personally serving as the youngest member of the Utah Legislature where he was named “Legislator of the Year”; and serving in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the Reagan Administration. While at HHS, Haddow served as the Chief of Staff and, for a nine-month period served as the Acting Administrator of the Health Care Finance Administration (now CMS). Mac has broad experience in both direct lobbying and designing grass-root lobbying campaigns to deliver client messages with impact.
